About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and people-focused People & Talent Manager to help us build, grow, and support our team.
This role combines recruitment, people operations, and culture-building, ensuring our workplace remains organized, engaging, and growth-driven.

You’ll play a key role in hiring the right people, creating a positive employee experience, and developing systems that enable everyone to perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding
  • Plan and execute hiring strategies for technical and non-technical roles
  • Build a healthy candidate pipeline through referrals, outreach, and networking
  • Track and improve hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, source efficiency, and candidate experience
  • Lead employer branding activities such as social media presence, events, and partnerships

People Operations

  • Implement and maintain HR policies and performance review processes
  • Coordinate feedback and appraisal cycles with team leads
  • Support employee relations, grievance handling, and performance discussions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws
  • Maintain accurate employee data, reports, and HR documentation

Culture and Engagement

  • Organize engagement activities, recognition programs, and team events
  • Support training, learning, and career development initiatives
  • Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and collaboration
  • Conduct periodic check-ins, surveys, and exit interviews to improve retention

Strategic Support

  • Provide management with insights and recommendations on people-related matters.
  • Prepare monthly HR dashboards and summaries
  • Contribute to organizational planning, salary reviews, and role definitions

Requirements

  • 3 to 4 years of HR experience with exposure to both recruitment and HR operations
  • Proven ability to manage hiring, performance, and engagement activities independently
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Well organized and detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset
  • Comfortable using tools such as Google Workspace, HRIS, spreadsheets, or ATS systems
