What’s the Gig?
Okay, you’re thinking, Hazesoft might be something! But what are the job responsibilities, and what’s required of me? We’re starting from the other end. What are we not looking for? We’re not looking for a chatterbox. Someone who annoys potential customers by talking faster than a machine gun and listens about as much as a hungry cat. Instead, we believe that you:
- Understand what we are. We’re not just talkers. We deliver a solution the customer wants. Of course, the product doesn’t sell itself. But your role isn’t to sell subscriptions. Your role is to understand what the customer needs, be their sound board.
- We’re not recruiting a new colleague to do what we do. We’re recruiting a colleague who can help us move forward. To succeed in that, you need to know what you’re doing and the limits of what’s possible.
As a Sales Executive at Hazesoft, you won’t be just another cog in the machine. You’ll be the driving force behind our customer connections, spreading the word about our awesome IT solutions in a way that’s anything but ordinary. Plus, you’ll have the unique opportunity to be part of our international team, collaborating with colleagues and clients across the globe, ensuring our solutions meet the highest standards on a worldwide scale.
What Are We Looking For? Some must haves to excel at this role
- At least 1 year in outbound sales, customer service, or a related field. If you’ve experience in something similar to the e-commerce industry or selling IT services, that’s a bonus!
- Exceptional written and verbal English skills. You should be able to charm and persuade with ease.
- Got some experience with CRM or any sales system? Awesome
- You should have a knack for digging deep and doing top-notch research
- Strong rapport-building abilities. You should make customers feel like they’re talking to a friend, not a salesperson.
