FAQ

What a dedicated team costs, and how the hours work.

What does a dedicated development team cost?

Cost comes down to three things: how many people, at 160 hours per person per month, at the rate in your proposal. The configurator above settles the first two — send the spec through and the rate comes back with the quote.

How do I hire a dedicated development team?

Configure the team above and send it through as an RFQ. You talk to the tech lead who would actually run the team before anything is signed — and if the shape is wrong for what you are building, we say so.

Is this billed hourly or as a monthly rate?

Monthly. Each person is 160 hours per month, fixed and capped, rather than an hourly meter you have to police. Anything beyond that is agreed with you before it happens.

What happens to our code and cloud access if we end the contract?

Exit-ready is the default: repositories, pipelines, infrastructure and documentation are yours and stay current throughout, so ending an engagement is a handover rather than a recovery operation.

Who are the people on my team?

All team members are Hazesoft employees. No subcontracting, no outsourcing — the people in the proposal are the people in your repos.

What does a man-hour include?

160 hours per person per month, fixed and capped. Vacation, sick leave and public holidays are on us — they never eat into your hours.

What about overtime?

Anything beyond the monthly 160 hours is billed extra — agreed with you before it happens, never discovered on an invoice.

When is the team working?

Working hours are 08–18. Your team overlaps with your day, standups included.

How do project managers work with us?

Project managers adapt to your timezone and are available as needed — your rituals, your tools, your calendar.

A technical call, not a sales call: an hour with a Hazesoft tech lead on your architecture and constraints. If we're not the right shape of help, we'll say so.
